H-540Barcelona, 25 october 2018.- The World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE, will host a new edition of one of the most important fairs in the food & beverage processing industry from 6 to 8 November: Gulfood Manufacturing. An appointment not to be missed for the manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery and equipment, Mespack, who, this time, will be attending the event with some augmented reality glasses which will allow them to show two of the packaging solutions with the highest capacity on its portfolio with a 360º stereoscopic vision.

The food and beverages processing industry manufacturers (especially in the dairy product sector) need efficient, ultra clean equipment. This means high-volume production machines with a very precise control with regards to hygiene and for the dosages so as to reduce the possibility of contamination from the soldered elements and to prevent leakages that could spoil the product. The machines which will be able to be seen working as if they were physically present at Gulfood Manufacturing thanks to the augmented reality glasses are the H-540-FE6, which can manufacture between 300 and 360 pouches with a top anti-choke spout per minute and the HCM-420-FET, Mespack’s solution for the continuous packaging of a high-volume production of large pouches.
“The H-540-FE is a unique solution on the market,” states Alberich, “as it is the fastest machine for flexible packaging of stand-up, small format (120-200 ml) pouches available at this time”. Designed to meet the hygiene and safety needs of the baby food industry, the machine also incorporates a servomotor system for package transport which ensures a precise shape and fill whilst reducing wastage of the product and film.
HCM-420“On the other hand, the HCM-420-FET is an all-round solution that will delight the international manufacturers with its ability to handle a large production volume,” says Alberich. The fact is this machine is capable of producing 60% more compared to conventional HFFS machines, producing 140 -1.5-2 litre stand-up pouches per minute and can include top and side cap applicators, zipper applicators, as well as other custom accessories.
